When creating a Rise Gardens account, we ask that you create one for our website to view and keep track of your orders and one for our app where you can control your Garden and monitor and take care of your plants.

Please note that our website and app accounts are not connected. You can use the same information if you'd like, but you will need to create the logins separately. 

Web Account Registration:

Step 1. Click on "Register" in the top right corner of the Rise Gardens website

Step 2. Enter your information on the "Sign Up" page (Note: You will need to create an account if you want to manage a subscription order)

Step 3. Once you've completed the above form, keep a lookout for a verification email to verify your email address and activate your account. 

Step 4. Once you've activated your account, you're all set! 

App Account Registration:

Step 1. Download the Rise Gardens app on your smartphone and select to "Register" on the home screen. 

Step 2. Enter your information to create a new Rise Gardens account and select "Register" when finished.

3. Once you've completed the above form, keep a lookout for a verification email to verify your new account. 

4. Once you've verified your account, you're all set!
