Adding your Garden

After you have created your Rise Gardens account, you will proceed to add your Garden! Here you will have to do the following:


  • Scan the Serial Code: Each Garden comes with a unique serial code. 


 


The app will prompt you to scan the serial barcode. If you are unable to scan the barcode, you can enter it manually. If you are having issues scanning or adding the barcode you may select “I’ll do it later”.  The serial barcode provides our Teams with Garden information to look into your Garden data. However, as long as we have access to your app's account, we will still be able to access this information. The barcode has no impact on the app's ability to function with your Garden. 


  • Choosing Your Garden Type: You will be asked to choose your Garden Type, Personal Garden or Family/Rise Garden. If you are adding a Family/Rise Garden you will be asked to specify what garden level you have.


  • Give the Garden a Name: Lastly, you will give your Garden a name! Be creative! After this, the Garden will be added to the app. Here you will be able to see the Nursery and Garden Levels (if adding a Floor unit garden).
