To start your growing journey you will need to download the Rise Gardens app. Our friendly companion app makes it easy to manage your garden and guide you through Smart Care. Our app unlocks the power to make gardening easy for everyone!

The Rise Gardens App can be found in your App Store for IOS users and Play Store for Android users.

After your app has been installed, you will proceed to create an account. First, you will be asked to give permission to receive push notifications from Rise Gardens.

This is very important since the push notifications alert you of the following:

  • Time to perform Smart Care: This will be sent weekly.

  • Very low water: PRG and TRG both shut the pump off when water is low and this triggers this notification.  This triggers every 24hrs until the pump is running again.

  • Water low: V1 Family Garden and V2 Rise Garden both receive a notification when the water is low in the tank (and the pump is still running). The system checks every 6 hrs and sends this notification if it sees 80% of the trusted measurements for the last 6hrs indicating low. This triggers every 24 hours until the water level increases adequately

  • Water too high: V1 Family Garden and V2 Rise Garden both receive a notification when the water is too high in the tank.  The system checks every 6 hrs and sends this notification if it sees 80% of the trusted measurements for the last 6hrs indicating too high.  This is triggered every 24hrs until the water is to a safe lower level

Next, you will proceed to create your account. It is important that when creating an account you use the same email and password you used for your garden or membership purchase. This will ensure that everything is kept under the same account.

NOTE IOS users: If you have enabled “Hide My Email”, Apple will generate a unique, randomized email address, such as: a1b2c3@privaterelay.appleid.com. We ask that you use your email address to create the account, as this can create log in issues.
