How Do I Grow Microgreens?

Our microgreens are no different than our other plants, they are as delicious and nutritious! However, the microgreen pods do require more space to grow out of their pod. You will need to remove the gray foil until you hit the purple border, as shown below. You may use a pencil as we have found it helps in removing that part of the foil sticker.

Second, once the microgreens have sprouted, you can leave the microgreens in the nursery all the way until harvest. Just make sure to check the water levels of the nursery frequently. They may grow a bit smaller as they will not receive all the nutrients from the main garden.

However, If you decide to move them to the Garden, you will be to maximize your space and grow more microgreens in the Nursery.
