Family Rise Garden: Control Board Issue
November 19 2024 6:17am • Est. Read Time: 2 MINIf you are encountering an issue with your Family Rise Garden's Control Board, it is likely that the control board has stopped working or caused a few the electronic components connected to its ports to stop operating.
To help address this, we ask that you perform the following troubleshooting steps:
Unplug your Garden from power. Wait 30 seconds.
Unplug your Garden's water-level sensor.
Plug your Garden back into power. With the sensor unplugged, does that turn on your Wifi light?
If not, please try these additional steps:
Unplug your Garden from power again. Wait 30 seconds.
Unplug everything from your control board, but leave your control board plugged into your wall (powered on).
Plug your Garden back into power. With everything unplugged, does that turn on your Wifi light?
If so, then unplug your Garden from power again and wait 30 seconds. Then, choose one cord (your pump, one of the LED Grow lights, or the cord for the water-level lights) to plug back into the control board.
Plug your Garden back into power. Is the WiFi light still on?
If so, repeat step #4 for each cord (unplug your Garden from power, and test a new cord to see if the WiFi light turns off) to try to identify which cord is causing the WiFi light to turn off. If you notice that there is a specific electronic part that is turning your WiFi light off, please let us know.

Please note, if the electronics connected to the control board are not operating (water level lights, dimmer, DC30 pump, and lights) this may indicate an issue with the power supply. To help determine, please check out our article HERE.
